Karen Kalinowski, Director of Administration, has extensive experience as a Director of Human Resources including for a home health care company, a local mental illness alliance, and a foundation that supports career-building opportunities for children.
Karen also worked for several years at a law firm in New Mexico that exclusively represented American Indian tribes and for a financial management services firm as a Vice President in their marketing area. Karen is passionate working for and contributing to an environment where people know their work has value and is meaningful; and where employees are accountable and feel empowered, motivated and acknowledged for their contributions.
Karen lives in Florida with her husband Steve and spends much of her free time visiting her children and grandchild in Raleigh, NC and Chicago, IL.
